By downloading or using Loosely ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Loosely helps you capture and refine ideas by voice. The app transcribes your speech on-device and uses an AI assistant to ask clarifying questions and produce a plan. The assistant's output is generated automatically and may contain mistakes; it is provided as a thinking aid, not professional advice. You are responsible for how you use it.
Your ideas and plans are yours. You are responsible for the content you speak into the app and for ensuring you have the right to share it. Do not use the app for unlawful purposes.
Refining up to 10 ideas is free. Loosely Unlimited is an auto-renewing subscription ($4.99/month or $39.99/year) that removes the session limit. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Prices may vary by region.
If you connect Notion, you are responsible for your Notion account and the database you sync to. We are not responsible for the availability or behavior of third-party services.
The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NYRAI LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including reliance on AI-generated output.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
